The house is divided onto several levels, on the ground floor there is the living area, consisting of a spacious room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable closet. On the upper floor we find the two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with a private balcony and one with two single beds. If necessary, a third single bed can also be made available, which is simple to open and close. On the same floor there is also the second bathroom, also complete with shower. Climbing a few more steps leads to the terrace overlooking the sea, a unique space with a breathtaking view, perfect for summer aperitifs or sunbathing on the loungers. The house also has a garden complete with every comfort, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and private parking.

The house is located 200 meters from the \"Pellicano Beach\" and that of \"Mare e Rocce\", characterized by white sand and crystal clear water.
