Pool wasn’t open. Shower in room didn’t function properly and tub wouldn’t drain properly. Toilet would bot flush properly. Really noisy from hallway traffic and other rooms.

Was very nice and what I expected, the check in was difficult as Expedia didn't have the reservation but other than that no complaints and the worker was sweet and tried to be acomodating and helpful! Just made it a bit stressful when I wasn't sure if I had a hotel for the night

Rooms are good, location next to a Boston pizza is handy. Olds is a small town so you are close to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly when I checked in at a very late hour, they have a big breakfast with lots of options.

Great Staff!

Beds were very comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Great breakfast with lots of options and eggs/ waffles made to order. What made this stay a 5 star for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at check in and at breakfast. They should be commended.

Not very often you get breakfast with someone available to cook your eggs anyway you request. A real bonus. Leaving mini chocolate bars in your room was a nice touch also. Would recommend this hotel.

Old and in need of repairs. Bath had 3 different shower fixtures and only one working and one leaking. Zip ties hold cameras outside. Pool under construction but wasn’t advised until we went to use it.

This is a best western not a plus and was better than a lot of the best western plus's that we have stayed at. Breakfast was awesome - real bacon and choices of eggs etc. It was very good!
