The space

Casa W JANEIRO is one of three eco-friendly fisherman’s houses in the Casa W Olhão collection.
Located in the pedestrian Barreta district, this vertical house evokes the historic watchtowers once used by fishermen.
It offers sea views, timeless charm and full modern comfort for two guests.

Layout:

Ground floor: bedroom (queen 160×200 cm), dressing room, bathroom with shower.

1st floor: bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, shaded balcony.

2nd floor: terrace with dining area, sunbeds and office with sea view.

Roof: mirador with 360° views over Olhão and the Ria Formosa.

Amenities: fast Wi-Fi (including terraces), cable TV + Netflix, reversible AC, washing machine, iron, safe, first-aid kit and smoke detector.
Kitchen: espresso, filter and French press coffee makers, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, eco products.
Bathroom: towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, recycled paper.
Beach gear: towels, cooler bag, ice packs, parasol, paddle set.

Welcome basket: fresh fruit, local wine, water, coffee (espresso, filter, French press), teas, soaps, Portuguese linens, reusable make-up pads.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house, all terraces and the private rooftop mirador.
Quiet pedestrian street in the old town with free parking nearby.
Everything is walkable: markets, cafés, restaurants and ferries to the islands.

We live nearby and remain available throughout your stay.
Before arrival, you’ll receive three curated guides with our local favourites — secret beaches, markets, artisans and taverns.
Personal welcome and flexible check-in depending on your flight (when possible).
Luggage can be left after checkout during cleaning upon request.
