Just be careful. I went to the wrong property in the pouring rain. There are several Best western hotels within a few miles of each other. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed here several times and never had any issues but this time the tv had been broken and I was not able to see screen because of the crack. You could only see the sides and there was a big white square in the middle.

Don’t stay here!

Friendly front staff but we traveled as a family of 4 in a double room. Only give 2 towels, went to desk, out of towels.. Went back multiple times over our 2 night stay, never able to provide us with towels. Had to use hand towels and face cloths.. Never an apology or anything.. Breakfast had very few options. Put out very minimal food at a slow rate.

I’ll start off by saying, I know it was a cheap room and I definitely got what I paid for. The attendant was not at the desk when I arrived. She had left to go get food and I stood there for at least 30 minutes until I started calling the number on the business cards. The room was clean and for the just overnight stay it was fine. The toilet was leaking and cut on every couple of minutes to refill. The toilet was also not secured to the floor and rocked back and forth. We only spent the night to catch a 5am plane the next day. It was convenient to the airport, maybe a 15 minute drive. I’ll try a different place next time I fly out of Memphis though.

Clean room, but didn’t get the king bed I had booked. The security latch was broken on my door, but the other lock like the chain works. Staff super friendly. The system was slow to let me check in.

Nice room, some wear and tear on the furniture but nothing out the ordinary. Outstanding breakfast in the morning. EV chargers for your car available. Friendly staff. Coffee bar 24/7. Only downside is I wish I could have received housekeeping and fresh towels for my 3 day stay but thats too petty of a complaint for my awesome stay. Gym and pool available as well with limited hours.
