The house is very bright and enjoys sunshine from morning to evening! The outside pool is fully private and backs onto the Garraf National Park. In the front garden there is a flat lawn. The garden is landscaped with palmtrees and fruit trees and has many little stairs and separate terraces. Owner has decorated the house with charm and personality. Many families had a great stay in this lovely place. Private, beautiful views, close to Sitges beaches (only 7 minutes), nice restaurants and attractions. Many hiking possibilities on walking distance! House located in beautiful Cava and wine vineyards. Closest village Sant Pere the Ribes (5 minutes by car) for groceries, an espresso or cafe con leche, ice cream on a typical Spanish square for getting the local touch! Free tennis courts walking distance. Piano in the house for musicians.

Excellente vacances familiale dans cette belle maison. Nous etions 8, chacun avec son espace et aucun vis à vis. Nous remercions Tom pour son accueil et sa réactivité. Le seul regret est le manque de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud.

Spacious Villa with nice Pool and Tennis Courts

Fantastic villa in a perfect location! Close to shops and the beach, with everything within easy reach. The house is wonderfully spacious and the pool is great for cooling off. Bonus: tennis courts just a few minutes’ walk away, free to use for residents of the neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Host v helpful responsive in advance of our stay and Manager present on the ground also super helpful responsive. Villa is nicely located in the hills away from the hustlebustle, but only a short drive to local village Sitges. Property could do with some TLC and upgrading throughout, but I think in fairness that’s reflected in the price. No a/c but plenty of fans. Suggest insect screens across doors (the property shares its location with the mosquitoes) would be more comfortable in the heat than sleeping under mosquito nets. We enjoyed our stay there v much - all necessary amenities provided and with great views. Swimming in the evening watching the bats dive was a highlight!

We were 6persons so we didnt use the third floor bedrooms and stayed during july when it was around 30-32 degrees.The house was awesome and we used the pool several times a day.Tom was easy to reach and to communicate with and took very good care of us. The house is very spaceous and great social areas, the only thing that we sometimes missed during the hot nights on the upper floor was airconditioning.Otherwise we missed nothing, it was a fantastic stay and something to remember! 10min from the supermarket in Sitges and a 45min drive to/from airport and close to much to easily fill a couple of weeks adventures in the vicinity, we will definitely hire again!

Sociable villa in the sun

Sociable and comfortable holiday home with everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the sun. Location is fab as long as you have cars to get about: Sitges was our favourite town in the area (for cafes, shops, museums and general atmosphere) and Barcelona is easy to get to, too. We also enjoyed a Cava tour in Villafranka. October was still hot enough to enjoy the villa's terraces and the unheated pool for short swims. Beds were very comfy. Found the hosts to be very helpful with messaging and local info, and they were flexible with stated check-in time etc. Would happily return. too to,tio, too.

relaxing stay

Hedwig and Tom's villa fits our family of 7 + a dog perfectly. the high ceilings in the living room adjacent to the dining and kitchen invited us to hang out, cook, and eat together. the pool was clean and refreshing. beds and baths were clean and comfortable. we recommend this villa without hesitation. thank you Hedwig and Tom for the use of your villa!

Heerlijke week onder vrienden

Het huis was perfect voor onze groep van acht vriendinnen. De nachten waren warm, maar er waren ventilators om daarbij te helpen. Alles wat we nodig konden hebben was aanwezig en dankzij de fijne tips van Hedwig hebben we ook meteen alle leuke eetplekjes in Sitges ontdekt.

Beautiful House and Perfect Holiday

We stayed 6 nights at the house and had a wonderful and relaxing time there. The house is perfectly located with no direct neighbors so we could enjoy maximum privacy. We also enjoyed the beautiful beaches in Sitges because it takes only 15 minutes by car to get there! Tom and Hedwig have been very kind and helpful before/during/after our stay! Thank you so much! The atmosphere of the living area and the surrounding view at the pool will definitely stay in our memories for a very long time!

Séjour à Olivella à 2 familles août 2023

Nous étions 2 familles de 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Olivella. La maison est très grande et permet très facilement de loger à 2 familles sans se marcher dessus. La piscine est géniale avec un petit coin où on peut s’asseoir dans l’eau et discuter tranquillement. Il n’y aucun vis à vis à l’arrière de la maison. La plage de Sitges n’est qu’à quelques kilomètres de la maison. Je recommande d’ailleurs Sitges qui est une jolie ville avec de grandes et belles plages très bien surveillées. Mention spéciale pour Hedwig sur les échanges pour la réservation et pour Tom pour sa très grande réactivité quand nous l’avons sollicité sur place. Merci pour ce séjour !

A lovely Villa well maintained , the space was perfect especially for family and friends . Lots of outside space perfect . You do need transport to get in and out of Sitges as 10 mins drive away , Taxi about €20 from Sitges. More info on local taxi firms, numbers, or apps would have been useful Would definitely return

Familienurlaub in der Nähe von Sieges

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus von Hedwig und Charles. Der Kontakt zu ihnen und zu Tom, der für uns zuständig war, war sehr gut! Tom stand uns jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung (Tausch der Gasflasche, Stromausfall, Wasserstop) und alles konnte schnell gelöst werden. Der Poolbereich war für Groß und Klein wunderbar und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Küche war sehr gut bestückt! Ein Nachteil ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage, aber mit den Ventilatoren und Durchlüften konnten wir die Hitze gut überstehen. Der Raum unter dem Dach war allerdings sehr heiß. Auch die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber machbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, danke!

The perfect villa

This villa was the perfect accommodation for my family when we recently visited the area for a 2 week vacation. My family of 4 was joined by our extended family for some of the time, and the house worked perfectly. It has several outdoor spaces, so everyone could spread out. The villa is lovely inside and is well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the whole place feels very private, backing on to a beautiful park with hiking trails. The pool was fantastic for the kids and adults and it was a beautiful spot to relax with a cold drink after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were great communicators and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this villa!

Geräumiges Haus mit schönem Pool

Das Haus wir wirklich groß. Mit 6 Personen hatten wir sehr viel Platz. Das Highlight ist der Pool, groß mit schönem Einstieg. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, für jede Tageszeit gab es ein schattiges Plätzchen.

sehr schoene Villa nahe herrlicher Wanderwege

Die grosszuegige Villa erlaubt jedem Bewohner Privatsphaere. Es gibt mehrere Etagen (auch im Garten), die zum Relaxen einladen. Der Pool hat eine angemessene Groesse und Tiefe. Es gibt zu beiden Seiten der Villa keine direkten Nachbarn, was sehr angenehm ist. Nach 20minuetigem Fussweg gelangt man zu herrlichen Wanderwegen, die zwischen Weinreben verlaufen. Allerdings braucht man ca. 20-30min mit dem Auto, um an den Strand zu gelangen. Auch gibt es keine Lebensmittelgeschaefte in fusslaeufiger Distanz, was fuer uns aber nebensaechlich war.
