The chalet accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and space in equal measure.
The main level welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a generous dining table, with direct access to both the garden and a south-facing balcony. A dedicated playroom with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a DVD collection is also located on this floor, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the main level.
On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom configured with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. This room opens directly onto a south-facing patio and is served by a shower room with WC.
The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms. The first is a large room with a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, with access to a south-facing balcony. The second bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds of 90 cm each, a bathroom with bath and WC, and its own south-facing balcony.
