1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 6 people, excluding children under (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The home next door is currently construction for Summer 2024. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details.
4. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. The property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
