Everything and everyone were leaps and bounds above expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The onsens were beyond par. The perfect complement when snowboarding Hakuba all day. It was an incredibly relaxing experience when coming back to our room. We staid one week at the Holiday Inn in Omachi. The Hotel is closely located to the transportation system to Murodo if you are interested for mountain hikes up to or around Mt. Tateyama. We felt very comfortable staying at the hotel enjoying the Onsen and our spacious quiet room. The buffet dinner had good selections changing every other night. The hotel is centrally located if you like to go to Hakuba or Matsumoto.

Amazing hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Special mention to Susumu-san who helped us so much with an unexpected incident with our rental car. Room is very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if visiting the area again.
