Hotel location is fantastic for Tateyama Alpine Route - just in front of the train & bus station! Hotel also provides baggage forwarding service for Alpine Route. We didn’t expect much from this hotel as we only chose it because of our trip to Kurobe-Tateyama the next day. But our experience with this hotel was fantastic. Great for our overnight before taking the Alpine route. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. Luggable forwarding drop off for the alpine route is in the hotel lobby which was great! The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and the bus that takes you to the beginning of the route. Would recommend to anyone who is taking the route!

Refreshed & recharged after Tateyama Kurobe route

Location - just across the road fr bus from Ozigawa (last or first stop along the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. Onsen area was clean with secured entry for ladies. The food offered at its in-house Japanese restaurant was delicious and prices were reasonable. Staff and front desk as well as restaurant spoke English.

The hotel has everything you need. Laundry, a nice onsen, free parking and descent size rooms. I just didn’t like the pillows, but that is just matter of taste. Breakfast was ok for Western guests. Some bread and croissants.
