Never again at this hotel

Suite has 2 bathrooms. Both toilets overflowed flooding part of the main sitting area. I complained and a “ maintenance guy” with a plunger showed up and he soaked up the water with every towel in the room and left. He said he would bring more towels and I never saw him again. I complained in the morning and they just told me to take it up with the site I booked through. That’s what I’m doing so I hope I have options for a full if not partial refund?

For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. Room rates generally are under 100 a night. The property is showing some signs of aging, such as scuffs on walls older furniture with some chips, but you can tell that it is still cleaned and maintained well by the staff. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. The rooms themselves are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly. Check in is easy. The front desk will make eye contact and greet you as you come and go from the lobby. I never require much assistance, but if I needed something, I got the impression that I would be taken care of and at the end of the day, the impression of helpfulness is just as important as the help itself. FOR THE PRICE…the value is there for a comfortable, clean hotel with a great staff and breakfast.

Pictires looked good..lobby area nice. Room needed work. I expected more. Walls cracking, paint chipping, rhey had painted the tub and it was peeling...bed was cleanand good though. We had to move rooms because of a family reunion on our floor so maybe other room.was better . Not worth what we paid though.
