Everyone was friendly helpful. The room was very clean. And it had a lot of usb ports to be able to charge phones and computers. Will definitely stay there again.

Weekend fun with grandkids

Check in quick and easy. The manager and the woman on friday were so nice and friendly. I felt bad for them as they had to open the door to the pool area as the door quit working and are waiting on parts to fix it. Pool was warm grandkids enjoyed over the weekend. Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday morning the kind man kept food replenished as fast as he could. I didn't expect the housekeepers to clean our room but we came back after a day out and was pleasantly surprised it had been cleaned. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the bedroom of room 311 to be replaced. It has a sunken spot on the left side. Not a big deal as I just moved to the other side. Was comfortable and plenty of pillows. I let the front desk know at check out to give the housekeepers a heads up the youngest grandchild had a bloody nose in the middle of the night in bed. The area is quiet and the parking lot very well lit.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. The curtains in the room were very hard to open and close. There was no room darkening curtain or shade. This property is fairly new and it seems to be getting runs down already.

Sarah at the front desk was so helpful and wonderfully loaded with information and recommendations in the area! She's is fantastic worker bee. ☺️ This is a nice, quiet & safe feeling place to lay your head in Omaha. Only thing I would change honestly is our King bed in our suite definitely needs to be replaced! I couldn't get comfortable in it at all, so moved to one of the queen beds which seemed better. All in all I would stay here again.
