House is a bit worn, but all fine and accommodating. We could only get a couple apps to work on the firestick TV, most would not download. Front door lock code quit working after a couple days, and there were a lot of ants in the kitichen and other downstairs areas, as well as 2 mice who made nightly appearances in the kitchen. There is not really a back porch light, there's a small motion something but it's very dark and we used our phone flashlight to walk out there are night because there's a large possum living under the deck our dog kept going after (finally leashed him to take him out). Back yard has quite a bit of poison ivy.

It was an amazing time, beautiful home. Outside of the house could use a little work. I.E. no outside patio lights for grilling, outdoor fire pit did not have a propane tank, front steps were very wobbly, and outdoor garage opener didn’t work.Inside was beautiful and a very good place to stay!! It was perfect for our group and we definitely had more room than we needed.

House was nice and clean very few kitchen utensils pots and pans we bought a frying pan outside of house very over grown there is a lot of spiders in the house two people in out group got a spider bite

It was okay

I never heard from the owner. Things higher than eye level had cobwebs all over but the house had nice renovations and had what we needed. The front steps need repair. Location was great we were 15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood was a mix of nice homes and homes that needed repairs. I felt like it needed more attention for the price and should have been cleaner for the cleaning fees we are charged.

Great time

We had a wonderful time at the house it was very nice inside and was perfect for all the things we needed. We were near everything we wanted to be and really enjoyed the stay. We couldn’t use the outdoor space it was blocked off but that didn’t dampen our time. If we are in Omaha again and need a place we will try for this one again. Thank you.

Great house and great location

This home was perfect for our little family getaway with friends, we had lots of littles and the backyard was perfect for the evening and hanging out. They also loved the basement and all the games that were provided.

Great Omaha Getaway

We had a family meet up in Omaha. The property was a great fit for our family to stay and play. The layout was wonderful, great backyard space, quiet location, and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Our days were spent out and about but the evenings were spent at the house and everyone enjoyed themselves in the space. Thank you Candice you were a great host!

Nice stay

This was our first time to Omaha. The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was a bit rough looking but was quiet and no issues. We didn’t hear from the manager of the property but we also didn’t have any issues at the house. We would stay again if we came to Omaha again. House seems to be within 10 minutes from everything we were seeing.

Never judge a book by its cover!

First off the house presentation was beautiful.. the house was very well put together. The neighborhood seemed off for how elegant the house was. When my daughter climbed in her bed to sleep her eye puffed up and was red. We pulled back the covers and noticed some sort of animal hair in every single bed. Spent the first night up till 2 am washing linen so everyone could rest smh. Lastly when we returned from our outing the second day it appeared as of someonee had been inside the unit while we were gone. We simply packed our things and left at that moment, almost a day earlier. Maybe our expectations were just too high.

It was great!

We used the house for our new years eve gathering for my sons 12th birthday. There were 6 of us. The home is beautiful and completely remodeled. Kitchen, fire place, all was very clean and wonderful! Was perfect! And super easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend.

Major Leak, No return of messages after we left

The house was nice but communication was poor after the stay about any type of refund or discount about what happened during our stay. The first morning we woke up at this property, the bath tub started gushing out of the ceiling. We were unable to use one of the showers/bath tubs the remainder of the stay. We had 5 adults and one child trying to shower in one bathroom. We had a busy stay, due to graduation and visiting other family so it was a major inconvenience. I reached out to the property manager several times. She kept saying she was going to reach out to the owners to see about a refund or discount. I sent a few messages with no response. It’s been 12 days since she replied to me & 9 since I sent my last message. I feel like they should have replied with a yes or a no message not just quit replying altogether. We are very upset about this stay.
