Room was very nice size for 4 people. My only real complaint is could use more trashcans in the room and daily trash removal, rather every other would be nice. Also no extra toilet paper to be found in room. Bathroom sink area very small.

Oh, what a delightful experience it is to return to the hotel, arms overflowing, while trying to corral a 4-year-old, only to find the front door locked at the ungodly hour of 8:00 on a Saturday night. How thrilling to have to dump everything on the ground and rummage through your pockets for the room key, just to unlock the main entrance. Clearly, the front desk employee has mastered the art of efficiency by not bothering to sit at the counter and keep an eye on the door. I mean, who needs customer service at 10:00 at night, right? Come on!

Another great stay at this hotel! The lobby is inviting, the staff is so nice and helpful. Multiple times the head of maintenance asks if everything is going well with our stay! The breakfast is always a hit for adults and our kids! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Parking was a breeze. The pool was great as always! The kids played in it multiple times! We live the Suite because it can accommodate our family of 6 and eventually 7 come this Summer! We will definitely be returning (again)!
