I booked queen non smoking room but the bed was not queen. Staff not solving the issue and I forced to upgrade to king bed by paying unnecessary extra fee. I was out of options except paying extra fee for unplanned budget and stay overnight.

Decent for the money

Nice hotel, nice room. Bathtub had some issues with the tub flaking off the bottom and the shower head wouldn’t turn to any other spray pattern, but the bed was awesome, and very nice employees.

I was harassed by staff there because I came in there weeks prior to use the phone to get transportation to another hotel booked through Expedia. They were rude. When I came back weeks later the maintenance man said I was banned which was not true. My whole stay maintenance man was harassing me. He called the police because my nieces and nephews were swimming and I had and unopened bottle of champagne in the pool area. I explained to him I was just checking in my family in the pool and I was leaving right out. He proceeded to yell and say he would call the police and get me banned. So he did and I can no longer go to that specific privately owned Wyndham. It was asinine to call the police because I did nothing wrong but check on my family.
