You’ll find establishments providing award-winning dining, distinctive shopping, an independent filmhouse, specialty services and all within walking distance to three major city parks. The Dundee area has something for everyone.

This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there's a security camera installed at the front door and back yard.
