The apartment offers sufficient space for up to 4 people on 40 m² and impresses with a spacious, sunny terrace of 100 m², which opens up a magnificent sea view. Here you can relax and have breakfast, let the day end with a barbecue evening or simply enjoy the tranquillity amidst green surroundings. The terrace is directly accessible from the living room and kitchen and is equipped with a parasol, a large dining table and a private grill.
The tastefully furnished apartment features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living area - ideal for additional sleeping space. Two bathrooms with modern showers ensure maximum comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and all necessary cooking utensils are available. An air conditioning system provides pleasant coolness on warm days.
The location of the accommodation convinces with its idyllic and quiet hillside position, surrounded by plenty of greenery and only about 50 metres from the gravel beach. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, a supermarket and the town centre - ideal for a relaxed holiday without long distances.
