Luxury Villa with private heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, private tavern, summer kitchen which can accommodate 8 people. Villa is located in a quiet environment near Omis city. It is last house in the street so on the side of villa there is endless nature and amazing landscape. The land on which the villa is located is 3000 square meters in size, so the whole land is for you to use and enjoy in your dream holiday. The neighborhood is very quiet and people there are very kind and friendly. This place is unique it’s like in paradise because of its silence and peace in the nature. Property is perfect for families with kids, couples, friends, business travelers or even solo adventurers.
The Interior of the villa is modern and very spacious separated on three floors. On the ground floor there is spacious living and dining area both with balcony which have a furniture, view on the pool and beautiful landscape. In the living room there is TV and play console. There is big fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing finest meals. On the ground floor there is also bedroom with large single bed size 120x200 and one bathroom with shower.
First floor offers main bedroom with double bed size 180x200 with satellite TV, second bedroom have two single beds size 90x200 with satellite TV and extra sofa bed for 1 person. Third bedroom have a double bed size 180x200 with satellite TV and work desk. All bedrooms have exit on big spacious terrace which also have a view on beautiful landscape. On the first floor there is also a big bathroom with massage bathtub.
Lower ground floor is on the pool level and it have a big private tavern, which is traditional dining room with wood barbecue, summer kitchen and one toilet. There is also sauna from where you can exit to pool area. Next to the pool is located covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue.
The main thing is private pool, size of 40 square meters and covered jacuzzi next to it. There is also outdoor shower with a large and spacious sundeck and sun loungers.
Below the pool there is a path that leads to the bottom of the property where you can enjoy walking and picking ecological fruits and vegetables every day, or even play the bocce ball on the bocca playground. You can also enjoy in hiking and sightseeing around.


Villa is situated as last house in quite street surrounded by forest and mountain. That's why it is very quite and calming and you have all your privacy.
