It's just 7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće and Omiš, 7 km from restaurants and supermarkets, and only 1 km from the local restaurant Palacio and a local mini-market and bar.

Step outside to discover a private, heated 35 sq meter infinity pool featuring waterfall, hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. You'll also find a Jacuzzi and Sauna. The sundeck boasts 12 loungers, while a covered terrace offers comfortable outdoor dining with a traditional barbecue right beside it. Next to the pool there's a lounge set and two unique Garden Egg chairs.

From the exterior, you'll enjoy incredible open views of the natural surroundings and you can see as well the Adriatic Sea. Your privacy is ensured and there's ample space for sunbathing. Behind the house there's a landscaped area with artificial grass, perfect for a game of table tennis or badminton.
