Villa Giro is located on a fenced 2,500-square-meter private plot with 264 square meters of usable interior space organized on the ground and first floors. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and boasts 5 bedrooms, each with a terrace, 3 bathrooms, a living area, a playroom, a spacious sun deck area, and a private pool, all providing plenty of space for families or groups of friends.

Exclusively for you, Villa Giro provides:
* A 40 square meter (10 by 4 meter) heated private pool with hydromassage and a fully automated salt electrolysis system are available in the outdoor area, a large sun deck area with eight deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with enough seating for 10 people and a charcoal / wood barbecue, and unobstructed views of the village and surrounding greenery, there is a Trampoline is next to the parking lot.

* The interior features a large living/dining area with glass sliding doors on two sides that open to the outdoor pool area. Five cars can be safely parked on a private plot (2 in the garage, two in front), and having a car is advised. At the entrance is a video surveillance system.
