This apartment not only has a rear sun porch, but it also has its own private side-porch overlooking the shared back yard. Giant windows in the sun porch allow beautiful sunlight to fill the room, it is the perfect place for a cup of morning coffee and quiet reflection, or to sit and relax After the Game.
