Calla Lily #2 is the 2nd floor apartment in a two level apartment home. Completely renovated in spring 2023. The main large open living room, dining room and kitchen area is the place to be in this unit, the raised ceilings with expose wood makes this modest space feel very grand. Details such as the exposed brick chimney are accented by the new hickory kitchen cabinets, a wonderful mix of vintage and contemporary.

Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, a bonus office den room provides extra space. The private exterior entrance includes a private 2nd floor screened in porch overlooking the large back yard, a very nice spot for morning coffee.
