If you are looking for a holiday in peaceful surroundings, then this beautiful holiday home is the right choice for you. You will also have a view of the Mirna river valley, Lake Butonega or the famous town of Motovun. You live on the edge of the village, 280 metres above sea level, above the village of Livade. The climate here is very mild. Enjoy the panoramic view of the landscape and unspoilt nature from the house. The property is surrounded by a stone wall, which offers privacy. In addition, there is an open garden of 2000 m², where many fruit trees and herbs with their scent have a relaxing effect on body and mind. In front of the house there is the large saltwater pool and jacuzzi that will bring refreshment during the summer heat. In the evening, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the starry sky from one of the beautiful terraces. The garden falls into cascades connected by stone steps. The house has been renovated in Venetian style and equipped with modern furniture. It is fully air-conditioned and offers panoramic views of the countryside from every room and living room. Not only will you enjoy the facilities, but also the cultural heritage of this region. Take a look at the waterfall near the house, which also has water during the summer. Taste the delicious specialities of this area, including truffle dishes, and discover the history with the help of the Prenzane Museum, Loggia Oprtalj and Motovun Fortress. Set off on the Parenzana - by bike or on foot - which stretches between Groznjan and Vizinada. There are riding horses and wellness centres just a few kilometres away.
