Lovely detached Farmhouse on edge of village near Confolens

Welcome to Métairie de Chez Terrier and our beautiful farmhouse gîte. Situated on the outskirts of the Charentes most northern village of Oradour-Fanais.
Nestled with its own grounds, down the tree lined drive, the farmhouse offers spacious and comfortable living, private garden giving you plenty of options, of dappled shade under the trees or soaking up the sunshine from the south/southwest facing terrace.
Ideally situated to take full advantage of the numerous attractions of, not only the Charente but also the neighbouring departments of Vienne and Haute Vienne.

The farmhouse has mainly open plan living on the ground floor,with large lounge with wood burning stove,dining area and well equipped kitchen together with a downstairs shower room and toilet and a snug/tv room
Stairs lead up to three large bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom all off a large landing, all with amazing oak wood beams
The house stands within a large securely fenced garden and lovely views over our own land.
An over ground pool will be available for summer months. The pool is 6m x4m semi in ground with decking alongside.
After watching the sun go down over the fields,The nightsky provides you with the most outstanding show of stars, sit back relax and just watch for shooting stars and the satellites.

Just a short walk from the village of Oradour-fanais, you can easily reach the bar and shop for fresh bread and groceries or enjoy a drink on the terrace and maybe catch one of the regular evening events.

Lovely detached Farmhouse on edge of village near Confolens offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
