· Cozy living area with new Queen sleeper sofa, new arm chairs and coffee table in front of large flatscreen television. The living area overlooks the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

· White appliances and granite countertops in fully equipped kitchen.

· Dining area has new counter-height, white wood table with six chairs and a wide breakfast bar seats an additional four.

· Master bedroom, with all new furniture, features a King-size bed, direct access to the beachfront balcony and a flatscreen television

· Ensuite master bath has a single-sink vanity and a separate shower and bathtub combination.

· Second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV.

· Third bedroom features new furniture with a Queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV.

· Second bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.

· A convenient full-size washer and dryer.

· Tiled balcony has a gorgeous view of the Gulf with a table and four chairs along with additional seating.

Location was great!

The proximity to the pool and beach was fabulous! My only concern was the number of teenagers and young adults who were parting. It wasn’t such a nuisance that we had to call security, but I wouldn’t want to stay their over Spring break.

Overall visit

The property was nice. The only issue that i had was the top outlets in the bedrooms do not work. The air conditioner was stuck on a certain number so it was a little warm at first but it eventually cooled down and the beds did not have comforters on them just a sheet. The condo was in a great location. Overall i would rent this unit again.

Perfect family vacation

This was our first family beach vacation. Our 3 daughters (31, 29, and 26) and two son-in-laws had a great time on the beach swimming, in the condo playing games, and cooking out for dinner. Great time!
