Over have stayed at several Phoenix locations including Phoenix X. So far this has been the best condo for our group. 407 had the perfect view, high enough but not too high. The location is perfect and the 4th floor was awesome. We loved the idea that we were able to park on the same floor as our condo. We will definitely try to stay at this condo again.

great communication and check-in. Unit is very spacious with easy direct access from parking deck. Phoenix X is a very well maintained, clean property. This particular unit could use some updating and the wifi is not always reliable. That being said, it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.
