Näkymät Persianlahdelle makuuhuoneesta, olohuoneesta ja suuresta parvekkeesta sekä viihtyisästä mökin sisustuksesta, jossa on laatta kaikkialla, tekevät tästä 1 357 neliön jalasta, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta kuudennentoista kerroksen kattohuoneistosta vuokraajan suosikki.

Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on jääpalakone, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja pesula-alue, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Loved the location and the property. The unit itself was nice and overall well maintained. It needed a little TLC (ac vent hanging loose, curtain fixed in master, dishwasher leaked), but that is expected. Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Service!

The property as a whole is extremely well kept and safe. The unit itself was really nice with an exceptional view. Seascape staff would be one of the main reasons we will be returning to this property. From our first turn into the gate to our last turn out, every employee we encountered was smiling and upbeat with such a positive and helpful attitude! It is not often that can be said about an entire day somewhere, much less an entire week! Absolutely unbeatable response time from office manager when I called for maintenance on door cover/blind that would not roll up, leaky icemaker, and running out of hot water. I appreciate your unmatched service to me and my family! Pros: Property is beautiful, well-kept, and super safe. Staff could not be better! Hang on to them! Cons: Master bed desperately needs replacing. Extra blankets kept in closets would be handy for times when you have a couple of guests in the guest bedroom. It gets much cooler in that room than the rest of the unit. The guestroom is where the children will sleep.

Beach stay

Overall we had a great time, only negatives were the building only had one functioning elevator and even at one point it wasn’t working. Other than that we had a wonderful time and the condo had wonderful views and is very spacious.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was absolutely amazing and in the best location. We also felt very safe. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we went. It was very quiet and so cozy and comfortable. I did not want to leave. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Great amenities as well. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect! I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful at Seachase 1604W! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials needed for a stay away from home! The grounds were nicely kept and the amenities were great! Amazing View!

The view from the room and balcony was amazing! Sunsets were stunning off to the west. Not too high up, you can listen to the ocean without listening to the people outside below you. Great location, and always felt very secure. Everyone working was very helpful, and checking in at the security entrance from the road was very easy. The room was very clean and laid out well. My only gripe would be the patio furniture, we did not use it, it needs to be replaced. But, don't let that stop you, everything else far out weighs that small issue.

1604W 9/21/22 to 9/25/22

The location/excellent. Response to questions by property mgmt was excellent. Overall pretty clean. The ground maintenance was excellent. There were a few areas that need to be addressed: 1) floors were dirty and need wet cleaning because our feet were black after walking on them. 2) dishwasher "On" button broken. 3) Toilet tissue holder in front bathroom was rusted. 4) Freezer shelf had rust. 5) Balconey table and chairs very rusty and need replacing with smaller set and loungers 6) Icemaking needs servicing or replacing - too much ice production. With these issues resolved, it would really be a penthouse experience.

Absolutely immaculate property! Exactly like the pictures! Awesome view, great location! People that worked at the condos were extremely friendly! The ice maker in the bar was such a bonus! Something i can’t live without now! If you are on the fence, just rent it! You won’t regret it!

Would recommend

The condo was as pictured and had a nice sized living room. Very clean and there was a vacuum in the room which I loved! Also loved the ice maker! I would stay here again if the construction was completed next visit. The exterior of the towers were being painted and unfortunately the paint got on my car. Also, there was limited parking due to the machines being used to paint, which was frustrating. No complaints with condo, elevator, or pools. Just wish the construction was completed because there were doors blocked and gates taped off.

The property was great. Amenities were extremely limited with no warning prior to our trip. Communication was very sparce prior to, during, and after our stay. Emails weren't answered. Directions were not provided.

Good family trip

We decided to take a last minute trip with our teenagers before school started back. Booked this condo, and it fit our needs nicely. The only drawback was that there weren’t many dishes and no dishwasher pods, so we had to hand wash our cups and mugs pretty frequently.
