Welcome to Phoenix X 1101, a stunning eleventh-floor corner unit offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! We went for a Bachelorette Trip and being next to the Flora Bama is what we were looking for, so we didn't have to drive after hanging out and enjoying ourselves. The elevator ride and walk out to the Beach is easy. The room was clean and it says it fits 11 and it does!! We had a Great Time!! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Phoenix X and will do it again!! :)

One of the nicest places that I have stayed and views from every bedroom! A few items -We were only stocked with toilet paper that was currently on the roll. I was under the impression that we were to have at least 1 extra per bathroom. We were also not told up front that there would be a parking fee and that the fee was based upon the entire stay. We only had a vehicle for one day, yet had to pay the entire fee.
