I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed.
Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing.
I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the second room was no better. Floors were dirty, bedding still had stains, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and appliances had visible smudges and residue.
The hotel was fully booked, so no other options or upgrades were available. The pool area was also not maintained—dirty chairs, used towels left out, and debris on the ground.
For a newer hotel, this was extremely disappointing. It has potential, but the lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
