~Age Requirements: Minimum age of 25; Reservations for groups of boys and girls under the age of 25 will NOT be honored, unless accompanied by their own parents for the duration of the stay (check-in to check-out)
~Non-smoking condo complex; smoke odor removal fee: min. $300+
~No pets are allowed in unit
~Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM
~Maintain a family friendly atmosphere at the complex
~Upon departure, leave the dishes clean and remove the trash
