• Parking space: 2 car maximum -PASSES MUST BE FILLED OUT WITH DATES OF STAY AND UNIT NUMBER. Any vehicles without passes that are completely filled out may get booted or towed at owner's expense.

Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Furniture extremely worn; holes in the walls from where sheet rock has not been replaced; curtains coming off curtain rod/not working well; cabinets are from 1980s or 90s (very beat up); beds-you can feel the springs in your back-terrible sleep even for kids that sleep like rocks; some light switches worked/ some did not; some light bulbs; sliding doors are horrible to open- from our teens to us adults we could hardly open the doors; we wanted to cook dinner a lot ....very few pans; the list continues. We want some sort of a discount but they will most likely not care. They have a lot of work to do to make this a 6k a week property. We viewed other condos against this one for the same prices. Drastically different. If you would like for me to take this review away you can start with a refund of some sort. It was embarrassing and outrageous for us to be hosting and it be in such terrible condition.
