2nd time here at this resort. Our first time was during the pandemic. 1st time was SIGNIFICANTLY more pleasant. It was like pulling teeth to get anything from anyone and even if they were willing to get you something there was a lot of attitude or indifference. Normally this wouldn’t bother me so much but it was just so shocking in how different it was from the first time. Housekeeping was phenomenal and pleasant. Concierge tries to sell you things and literally refused to give us a second map of the resort claiming they had none when I could see the drawers full of them. Food in restaurants were not good, like made us sick. Buffett - amazing. Shuttles refuse to bring you between golf and Divi all inclusive resort now - “they won’t cross the road”. We love walking so not a big deal for me and my husband, but it’s hot and it’s nicer for older people to catch a ride between the resorts. The towel exchange workers were probably the rudest. On their phones and ignore you even when you approach and say hello. Don’t get up to grab you towels, or engage with you - just make hand gestures to throw towels on the counter to exchange for new ones. Second rudest, bartenders. Awful. Yes, we tip well. It didn’t make a difference. Yoga was amazing if you’re a yogi. Great for beginners but also easy to advance the movements. Only employee I’d mention is Adolfo at Pelican Buffet - I waited all week for someone with your kindness and service, phenomenal person! Thank you <3

Our accommodations were very conveniently located close to the beach, and we were very satisfied with the restaurants and bar service. The staff were top notch in keeping our rooms and the property clean and were immediately responsive to our requests. The only negative i can comment about has to do with the rude behavior of some of the guests who reserved a covered seating area next to the bar by spreading out their belongings to cover all available seats. Loved the property and the closeness to everything. The room itself was a little rundown and I paid for a king bed pool view, and they moved me to an outside room with queen beds that I didn’t feel as safe in traveling solo. The patio door had an alarm on it, which was a nice touch. Food was ok but the views are everything and lots of seating options

I would go back to this resort in a heart beat! Every night they had a wonderful show of music, dancers and swim aerobics too! Lots of different food choices and the cocktails were awesome! Loved our housekeeper. Only down fall was no hot water for showering after telling staff 3 times! Josie was very sweet and had someone come right up to our room and 5 minutes later we had hot water to shower. The excursions were wonderful, however we were not clear on the transportation to one of our excursions! The views were breath taking! All in all I would Divi All Inclusive again!

The staff were the best! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The beach and pools were clean and inviting! The food was amazing. The daily buffet for breakfast and lunch offered extensive choices. Divi all inclusive on the beach

This is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach! The food was fantastic and so many restaurants to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Only negative would be the bed in our room was positioned too close to the closets. A heavy person would not have been able to fit by. Furniture in the room could use updating as well as bathroom sinks. But overall I would definitely go back to the same hotel!

They were chopping coconuts off a tree above our room at 7:30 am and the coconuts fell on the roof sounding like booms. We were awaken to this alarming loud nose and not knowing if it was a new roof being installed, bombs going off. It lasted 45 minutes. My husband reported it to the front desk manager and she said she would talk about it at their meeting and see what they could do for us. We never heard back. He gave them our room number 500 and his name. Then he later reported it to another manager. Again no sorry, and no apology and they did not offer us anything to make up for it. Plus it was my birthday, and the hotel knew at check in snd still did nothing for my birthday. The resort was nice and many staff members were nice like Mary working the breakfast buffet. But there was a guy at the bar by the beach that was very rude when ordering a drink.

Loved this property and the staff was incredible! Everything we needed was right in the 2 properties so we barely left, but if you want yiu can take a quick taxi down to other areas. There’s a pharmacy right down the road, maybe a 5 min walk. Casino right next door. The beach was perfection! There were 3 pools on the Divi to choose from each with a different vibe. Property felt nice and spread out. So many food options. Bartenders were great! Can’t wait to bring our kids with us next time!
