Due to the Coronavirus treat we take every precaution of cleaning and sanitizing the property after every guest. For longer stays we provide linen change and bathroom sanitizing every few days.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED due to the extreme allergy susceptibility of some of our family members, since we share the same air ducts and air space, it is impossible to accommodate pets in our property. this rule MUST be followed if you would like to reserve this property. NO SMOKING OR VAPPING inside the unit or within 50 feet from the property.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS
The bedrooms are supplied with a fantastic memory foam mattresses, soft hotel quality linen, soft pillows, a safe box, enough closet storage, iron and ironing board and of course a big smart TV.
Kitchen is ready for your enjoyment, equipped with all the gadgets for your cooking needs. The bathroom to die for,in shower, washer and dryer and all the supplies needed. Comfy couches to rest
For safety prevention only the people listed in the original reservation should have access to the property at any time.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT ANY TIME
minimum age 3 years old, street parking for up to 2 cars in front of the property, ski holders are a nice addition to the entry door way.
Our property is located close to everything, UVU 5 minutes away, bus stop and light train to and from Salt lake city, movie theater, restaurants and LDS temples are within a 3 miles radius.
Sundance Resort is 25 minutes away.
Check in is 3 PM and check out 10 AM
