The house is near Center Street and State Street. Bus stop in front of the house! 5 minute walk to Smith’s Food Market. Near BYU/MTC and UVU! 7 min away from University mall! 10 min away from Costco and Walmart! Near Banks! GYM's! 6 minutes away with easy access to I-15, Front Runner 10 min away!

The living room has a Sectional to entertain family and friends, opens to the Dining and Kitchen!*Imagine been with your family and friends, spending time together in this open floor plan! The Living Room has a Big Sectional to entertain. 2 fridges! Washer and dryer! 65" Smart TV!

3 of the Bedrooms have Queen size beds. The 4th bedrooms have 2 twin beds. We will also provide a ! 2 Murphy Beds/Twin size, 1 Airbed Mattresses Queen-size with Built in Pump, and 1 Airbed Mattresses twin size with Built in Pump for extra guests! Pack n play will be provided upon request.

The place sleeps up to 12 guests, but you are welcome to have family/friends gatherings up to 16 people total. No parties/No events allowed.

Dining Table seats 6, island seats 4, the Dining Area is large enough to accommodate another folding table and 6 folding chairs, which I can provide for the extra visitors/family!

Beginning December 1st! We will have a Christmas tree in the house for you to feel the Christmas Spirit!

Please Note that this is a basemant accessory apartment. I have 3 current tenants renting the 2nd unit. The space in the description is fully yours as they occupy a separate unit with a separate entrance :)
