Très emplacement j’allais pour du ski et j’étais à 1 minute du stationnement. L’hôtel très bien, mais dans la chambre le téléviseur était très basic. Pas la possibilité de louer des film ou d’avoir accès à Netflix ou autre. En 2025il devrait y avoir au moins une télé intelligente

My wife and I really appreciated the style of our room. It did not feel like a typical hotel room. Staff was approachable and responsive. The indoor parking was a particular plus due to all the snow. We definitely would consider staying here again.

Female front desk clerk seemed unhappy. Our car was stuck in unplowed parking lot for 20 minutes. Had to borrow a shovel. Upon awakening had to drive to nearest town in negative degree temperatures for breakfast as restaurant was only serving guests attending a meeting

This was my second time coming to Espace 4 Saisons. I brought my mom for her birthday and we had a really nice time. The indoor/outdoor pool area is enjoyable, however the room and pool indoors could’ve been warmer. The suite was spacious and great for small families but the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise the room and property were clean and the indoor parking is amazing. Overall recommend.

The hotel is very good but the two restaurants were closed down from noon Sunday until Monday night inclusive. This meant driving into Magog for meals.
