Welcome to 111, a superb sea-view apartment located in the fully renovated Alamanda residence in Orient-Bay, one of St. Martin's most sought-after locations.This elegantly decorated duplex is ideally appointed for your comfort.

It comprises two bedrooms on the first floor, a master bedroom with sea view, queen bed and dressing room, another bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom between the two with toilet and walk-in shower.

On the lower floor, just before the living room, you'll find the second, very spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

The 111 boasts a beautiful, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a living space imagined with designer decor and opening onto a superb terrace.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided, as is free wifi access via fiber optics.

Great stay

The property was excellent and the location right off the beach. Easy access to many restaurants and pubs on the beach. From start to finish Sarah was an excellent host and provided us with many wonderful suggestions for activities and dining and helped with reservations and planning several instances. She definitely enhanced our stay with her suggestions and help. We would definitely return again. Thank you Sarah!!!
