Come and enjoy the magnificent view of this charming 35 m2 apartment located in the secure residence "Les Jardins de la Baie Orientale" and overlooking the islands of Pinel and Tintamarre.

You will be 5 minutes by car from Orient Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches of Saint Martin where you can enjoy beach restaurants, shops and nautical activities. Strategic location; you are equidistant from Marigot and Philipsburg, on the Dutch side for your lively evenings…

The apartment is composed of a fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom (180*200 bed) with shower room and wc.
The apartment is extended by a deck and a covered terrace. A private punch tank (swimming pool) will allow you to enjoy unforgettable aperitifs in the water...

Villa Sunseeker Paradise

Words can not express how happy we were with our stay at Sunseeker Villa. Alain and Karine went out of their way to accommodate our comfort and needs. They made us feel as though we were part of their family. The apartment is so comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in St. Martin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to cook a meal, have a cocktail while enjoying the private pool or simply just admiring the view. Alain and Karine are the most amazing and generous hosts that anyone could wish for. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. We would love to spend more time with them. Hopefully, we can arrange another trip to St. Martin or we would always welcome them to our home. Sunseeker Villa and it's owners are the best and we highly recommend them. We miss all of it. Our week there was far too short. Barbara & Paul

Amazing experience at Sunseeker SXM!

Do not hesitate to book this fantastic rental property overlooking Orient Bay! Our 11-day stay was picture perfect and we highly recommend this accommodation to both couples and families with small children. From the moment we booked, communication with Karine and Alain was excellent. As we have an infant son, we asked if they had a travel crib and high chair that they could borrow rather than us having to lug these items all the way from Canada. Within a few days of asking, we received a message saying that they had located these items for us which was a huge relief. They even supplied a small floaty for our son to use in the pool which was such a nice surprise. The location of the rental is in a very safe and gated community within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed walking to Orient Bay to make use of the several restaurants, bars and shops that are in the area. Getting around with a baby stroller was a breeze. The actual accommodations are what really made this such a great trip for us. The unit is private and directly faces Orient Bay. Every morning we would watch the sun rise from the large deck and take in the view. There is a small pool which was great for cooling off after a long day at the beach, as well as a high top table with bar chairs and two sun loungers. The interior of the rental had everything our small family needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies, including cookware, dinnerware and utensils. We made a lot of meals in the kitchen, and found it to be functional. The living area has a great pull out sectional sofa which was super cozy to sleep or chill out on. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, especially with the king bed. The shutters allowed us to keep the room almost pitch black which was perfect for our baby when napping. The bathroom had a great shower and sink and the water pressure was great. Outside of the rental unit itself, the property is absolutely stunning. The patio/deck area is framed by tropical plants and shrubs. There is a pathway/staircase that connects the parking area to the rental unit which overlooks the hills and beach. And again the view! The hosts Karine and Alain are such kind natured people. They were so welcoming to us and treated us like family. We appreciated that they actually live in St. Martin, and were available if we needed anything. We truly had an amazing time staying at Sunseeker SXM, and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunseeker SXM! Will definitely stay here when we are back in St Martin! Karine was very responsive and made wonderful suggestions for our time on the island. It truly was a piece of paradise and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit St Martin!

Let me start by saying this was our first time on the island. This was the perfect home base for us in the best location! The host welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful apartment. Everything was so well thought out and decorated beautifully! We had an issue with the water, but they fixed it in no time! Literally maybe 20 minutes and the issue was fixed. The host checked In frequently to make sure we were well accommodated and enjoying our stay. We were so glad we chose this place for our first stay on SXM. The views are amazing, it’s very safe, and comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful trip! We hope to see you again in the near future!
