If you are looking for a vacation rental close to amenities and golf, this is the right place!

Fantastic duplex penthouse in the famous Plaza de Villamartin, with frontline views of the golf course. On the second floor of the complex you can find on the ground floor 2 double bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 king-size beds, fitted wardrobes, terrace with golf view and bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. The second bedroom also has 2 beds, built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink, toilet.
From this floor, stairs lead to the bright, spacious and fully furnished living room that leads to the dining table with 6 chairs, the terrace with barbecue, the large kitchen
with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate toilet.
A 140 m2 apartment that is in the center of all the commerce and activity of Plaza de Villamartin with more than 50 restaurants and bars, but that is located on the southern edge, with the best views, and where the noise that there is, is of the beautiful birds and of the Nature of the golf course. The community also has a fabulous community pool, surrounded by pine trees and green areas, which can be used from 9am to 8pm, every day of the year, and there is also a supermarket for all conveniences.
The famous La Zenia beach and the Zenia Boulevard shopping center are 5 minutes away by car, and there are taxis and a bus stop just in front of the Plaza. Amenities are all around this area. There is a water channel nearby that is perfect for cycling or running, as it has straight terrain, no cars and lots of nature.
Take note that you will have to leave a €150 deposit at the time of check-in, to cover damages for which you are responsible. This apartment is for you, take care of it!

The property was superb, clean and very close to the a plaza with lots of restaurants and entertainment. The property was well kitted out with everything you needed even water and coffee was supplied thank you. The property overlooks the first fairway of Villa Martin Golf course. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

A pleasant break

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable inside although the ceiling fans in bedrooms badly need cleaning , outside not so, the building is a bit drab and the road outside is a busy delivery point and parking point also we noted a favourite corner for local people walking dogs .The photos are a bit misleading ,I get the impression it's a wrap around balcony but it's actually split on different floors and the bottom one looks over the service road so not exactly nice to sit outside, the upper floor balcony overlooking the golf course (albeit over the service road) is better and has a barbecue (which we didn't use) as it's cheap enough to eat in the plaza. After going out for the day we couldn't get parked anywhere near the apartment as people park all over to use the busy plaza which was a bit of a pain.There is some noise from the plaza but very minimal, the noisy neighbours were worse , you'd think they were moving house at 1am most nights which was a pain, the steps up and down to the apartment were also a bit of a slog in very hot weather as were the steps inside, the main bedroom shower is nice but a bit of a squeeze for tall people, The apartment has everything you need, the host was also very welcoming and helpful, overall though just the steps and location for us was not quite right, I think presidential suite is a bit extravagant of a description and for the money we paid we feel it didn't represent the best of value.Overall nice though.

Outstanding!

This property has everything needed for a great stay. A great location and very peaceful to sit on balcony and enjoy the sun. We didn't want to leave and really wished we had of booked for longer. The hosts are friendly with great communication. We look forward to our next visit.

Fantastic property

We were greeted by Henri who was very friendly and gave us great information about the area - fairways and willow our favourite places to eat . Although the property is in the plaza the advert of no noise js correct and has a lovely view of the golf course . Thanks for a great stay
