I booked my night for the incorrect date still wanted to stay it was just for the next day and the facility was not willing to work with me waste of $283 so I had to find family to go stay with for the night. When you take care of your people your business keeps going strong .shame on you Hampton Inn!!

Poor experience

reserved a king room for 2 - but ended up with an extra person. Asked for a roll away bed, but not available at this hotel, & room does not have a couch. Asked to switch to 2 queen beds, which there was a room available - BUT, because I used Hotels.com to book, I was told NO reservation changes could be made. So, I got to sleep on the floor. Lady at desk said she would send up extra blankets to make it as comfortable as possible - I received 1 sheet & 1 blanket. I felt the hotel was very unaccommodating - but I also learned my lesson - DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM to book a room.

Very nice fairly new Hampton Inn. Convenient to I-80 and the events we were attending. Rooms are small but nicely done. Breakfast didn't include meat every day, which was disappointing for the young athletes we were with.

Friendly staff. Very clean. The pool is very small with dept 3’ to 4’. If we had kids it wouldn’t be the hotel for us. Breakfast food is good.
