As far as the staff, total excellence! I needed to wash my son's uniform and the dryer wasn't working. They were quick to dry it for me and bring to the room. Amazing!!! As far as the beds, worst night sleep ever. For whatever reason, hardest beds! I have a chronic pain rib condition and I was in major pain all night. Just can't do a Hampton/Hilton hotel again.

We stay at this property frequently all visiting our grandchildren. It is located close to restaurants and several shopping malls. This Hilton is on the main drag in Orland Hills so traffic can be heavy.While in general the property has been in good condition since it’s opening a few years ago this visit was less inspiring. The environmental controls in the room are more centrally controlled now and it’s impossible to run them on low so it’s quite noisy. When we inquired about this at the front desk, they informed us that it was a corporate decision and they also didn’t have any control which was disappointing.Also, laundry was broken apparentlyfor a while so we could not use them.
