We stay here often to visit our grandchildren. It is convenient,clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is average but sufficient. They recently lost the Rock Bottom pub next door which was a nice walkable option but there are other restaurants in the are a short drive away. I wouldn’t recommend the Juicy Seafood place.

Immediately after checking in our room keys didn’t work. Leslie the manager was unapologetic and couldn’t fix issue by time had to leave for dinner reservations. Then 3 days into our stay, we got wake-up knock at our door by staff even though we had do not disturb. Their records were showing that we did not check in. Then additional problems next two days with key cards not working on fitness room or other amenities.just problem after problem. Never had problem at any other Hampton inn but would never put ourselves through that again. When you check in , you don’t want a bunch of issues first thing.it ruined experience for rest of 5 day stay
