Located on ski hills. And, within walking distance from Vetta Nordic Spa. At check in, staff was professional and helpful. Lovely stay. We would come here again.

The staff was amazing and so helpful when I couldn’t find the property. Unfortunately, the property is not easy to locate using GPS. The room was big and spacious but outdated. That all being said I would visit again as it was all around a good experience.

This was our third time back. The space was perfect as usual but it was not as clean (if you looked at the kitchen floor closely, it needed a good mop) and the unit had bathroom soap but no toilet paper refills and the kitchen did not have dish soap, paper towel or dishwasher tablets until we asked the front desk.

The ski in and ski out feature is great. We could hit the slopes from our back stairs. Units are dated but kept in very good clean condition. Did not try the swimming pool.

Great location, super staff, poor stair maintence

It's a good hotel right close to the ski hill and vetta Nordic spa. Room was slightly dated but pretty well maintained. Very clean. Had a small fridge, utensils plates coffee maker ect so if you were going skiing it would be super simple to come back and make some sandwiches or something. Shower and bathroom were specious. Staff was awesome and polite My big concern was the snow maintenance. I know Barrie and surrounding area got a tonne of snow but the stairs to the room (outdoor walkup, third floor) was not shoveled. It was compressed snow with sand on top. It was a bit slippery and I really had to take my time and ensure I didn't fall. You also had no access to the balcony because they didn't clear the snow off it. That I could give a pass but the stairs were hazardous.

Loved the convenience. Great Staff. It is a 3 star - dated rooms - but clean - comfortable - loved that we had laundry accessible. Overall a nice experience. Large snow fall... people were stuck - could do better with plows & shoveling stairs - otherwise a nice trip!

Very close to skiing and Vetta spa. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy and free parking outside your unit. Very friendly and helpful Front desk staff. Pool was cold and hot tub not very hot. You have to walk up stairs to units on 2nd and 3rd floor, can be difficult in bad weather. Units well equipped with appliances, dishes etc. Overall good place to stay in the area!

I've stayed here in the past and the Staff were super friendly and nice. However, the units we stayed in was pretty run down. The dining room chairs felt wobbly and i fel like we were going to break it by just sitting on it. The dining room table was also wobbly. For the amount I paid to stay, i felt that a hotel would have been a better way to go.
