Independent villa in a quiet location, ideal for relaxing with family.
Private residential area (Las Playetas) very close to the beach (5 min walk), the Voramar Hotel (2 min by car), and Benicàssim town (10 min by car).
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has direct access to a terrace with a barbecue and a private pool.
THE POOL IS IN SERVICE BETWEEN JUNE 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST.

The accommodation is a 3-bedroom independent villa situated in a private residential area (Las Playetas) near the beach. Ideal for a family.
The property has direct access to a terrace with a barbecue and the pool. The upper floor of the villa is not currently in use, so the outdoor space of the house (terrace, barbecue, and pool) is for the private use of the guests.
The apartment has a living/dining room and an open-plan kitchen. The living/dining room has a large sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, WC, wardrobe area, and a baby changing table.
The master bedroom has a 180x200cm bed. The mattress is placed on wooden pallets (no bed frame). There is a large window with a blackout curtain. It has 2 small wardrobes and a dresser. It faces the pool and has sea views. It has a split air conditioner (cooling/heating).
The single bedroom is located between the living room and the master bedroom. It does not have a split air conditioner, but the air from the master bedroom reaches this room if the door is left open. It has a window with a shutter that overlooks the pool and has sea views. It has a single bed and a double wardrobe.
The third bedroom has two single beds. It is an interior room with a window/shutter that leads to the master bedroom. It has a split air conditioner (cooling/heating) and two open wardrobes.
The terrace has outdoor furniture (sofa area, table with chairs, and a parasol). The barbecue has a butane gas bottle with a diffuser for cooking (wood or charcoal cannot be used).
