Upon booking your vacation you will receive our "FAMILY WELCOME LETTER" that includes lots of information on how to utilize our chef and entertainment, as well as advice as to where you will find our favorite place to rent a boat and jet skis from, where to launch your own boat, local grocery stores, restaurants & nightlife, gas stations, ice cream & frozen custard, liquor stores, pizza, local hot spots and of course where to golf, horseback rides, family fun centers, etc… And all of this is within minutes of the home!

Almost every bed has charging outlets w/ USB’s for keeping charged on either side. The TV’s are all ROKU with apps and all have long gaming cables attached. Wonderful Patio furniture and everything else you would expect a resort style vacation rental to offer and for you fishermen & women our dock is surrounded by crappie beds. Lots of great fishing right outside the house and it is NOT A STEEP WALK to the lake!

Location excellent, easy to get to. Grand Glaize boat ramp near location. Nice socializing spaces inside and out. Kitchen excellent, well stocked with lots of refrigerator space. Our group consisted of 70 year olds and a railing for the lower steps would have made access to dock safer.

Huge house. Sometimes hard to track someone down. Plenty of spaces to relax. The livingroom held all 16 for the Huskers game. The kids caught bluegill and sm catfish all weekend off the huge deck.

We had a fantastic extended weekend at Ozark Lake House & Golf Retreat. The house was super clean and extremely well stocked. The gas grill and Blackstone were virtually new and clean, with plenty of spare gas bottles. Great location. Guy was super quick to reply to any questions. Instructions and rules were clear and concise. Great house.

Great outdoor space

The house was clean and had a lot of amenities that most do not. The owner was very accommodating. The only negatives were the layout of the house and the beds. There was no place close to the kitchen to sit and eat and the beds were so hard some of use had to sleep on the couches. The basement master suites bed was awful and the bathroom needs an update. Also, the spiral staircase is a little tricky for older people just an fyi.

Spring Break 2024 at Ozarks

Beautiful and relaxing home on the lake. Teens enjoyed the whole basement to hang out in. This time of the year was hit and miss on weather, it was chilly but didn't stop us for relaxing by the dock. Admired the decor. Kitchens had plenty of room for a lot of cold/room temp items, silverware, and dishes. Thank you for having toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent! One note: don't freak out about the shower water build up in main room bathroom, it will drain eventually. Enjoyed, thanks again!

Family making memories

This house was perfect for our family of 13 and we were able to bring our pets too. Everything we could possibly need was there and more. The kitchen is awesome. The deck across the entire back of the house is wonderful. Plenty of seating for everyone. The lower level is also fantastic and has its own outdoor space and more seating. The dock is great for the fishing boat and just hanging out. The lily pads were so much fun. There’s a long concrete area before the dock with areas to chill or socialize. We were there over 4th of July and saw beautiful fireworks on the lake, sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend if you have a large group. Beautiful memories made!

Family Memorial Day Getaway

This was a much needed vacation for my family and I can't say enough great things about this place! It was the perfect size for our family of 10 kids from 0-18, and 9 adults. The kids had so much fun swimming, kayaking, hanging out on the lily pads and fishing (they were catching fish like crazy!) The beautiful decks, areas by the lake and on the dock are perfect for hanging out, visiting and watching the sunrises and sunsets! The upstairs kitchen area was perfect for cooking for all of us. It had everything we needed for cooking for all of us and the blackstone and gas grill are just outside that kitchen. Guy checked in with us a couple different times to make sure we had everything we needed and the neighbors were very friendly. We definately made some wonderful memories!! The only negative thing I have to say is it went by too quick!

Awesome home, awesome location, everything you need...

For Memorial Day weekend we had a family group of 9, including a 12 year old and an 8 year old. There are plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, deck space, living room space, TV's, keurig pods, fridge space, washers/dryers, dishwashers, a gas range (a rare find in LOTO in my experience), dishes, pots/pans, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, grilling equipment, extra propane tanks, toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, beach towels, and cleaning supplies. There was much more, too much to list individually. Excellent location, with a dock and available boat slip (must confirm its availability), located in a great cove. There are NO negatives about this VRBO. We all had the most amazing time. We spent a lot of time cooking and grilling and just hanging out together. The home is so comfy and inviting. It has a real "vacation" relaxing feel imo. The next time I have another large group, I hope this home is available. Don't look any further, just book it :)

The host provided clear and detailed notes and instructions about using the property; was very responsive and kept in touch both before and during our stay.We had an older group with 2 individuals with very limited mobility. The upper main level was good for them, but couldn't take advantage of the lower level which looks out more at the water. The main level has great windows, but the large sofa and chairs are oriented to watch TV and nothing facing the windows. The size of the couch makes it difficult to open the curtains/sheers behind it. There were really no comfortable seats inside for just looking out and enjoying the view. There was the bench in the dining room, and then hard seated stools in the coffee bar area.It also seemed like the house hadn't been thoroughly cleaned by the cleaning service. There was a gritty residue on the coffee bar surfaces (probably sugar), dead bugs on the window sills, cobwebs on the light fixtures, the inside of the oven needed to be cleaned, and there was some hair in the refrigerator. Nothing horrible - and we always start by cleaning all the surfaces of any property we go into - but overall, it just didn't feel very fresh.We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us and having enough bedrooms - and most importantly bathrooms - for everyone is a definite plus. And having the two refrigerators in the kitchen is wonderful.

Perfect for multiple families!

Gotta say, this place was perfect for our group of 4 families! Great location, big dock, quiet-calm cove (great swimming), comfortable beds, big bunk room, 2nd kitchen area, plenty of bathrooms - each with a shower, large deck area and patio areas for lounging, plenty of shade when needed. Can't say enough good things about the host...Guy answered when we had questions and asked for ways to make it better. (He was even letting us know ways he is making the experience even better for next time). Highly recommended, just wish we could go back sooner.
