Whether you are planning a weekend retreat, family getaway, couples weekend, fishing trip or just need to relax, look no further. The minute you will walk into your quiet waterside condo your stresses will melt away. This nicely updated condo at Parkside Place in Osage Beach overlooks the quiet cove with lots of water and nature views. Parkside Place is a smaller, quiet complex, just minutes from all of the main shopping and restaurants. It is one minute off the new highway (Highway 54) at the Passover exit. It is less than 1.5 miles from the Outlet Mall, a large list of major shops and grocery stores. Parkside Place Condominiums is located directly on the water at the 19-mile marker right by the Grand Glaze Bridge.
This newly updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has a very cozy living room with a wall of glass overlooking the water. You can sit and enjoy the new 50-inch flat screen TV with free cable and free WIFI. There is a covered deck directly off the living room with a great relaxing view, a BBQ gas grill, table and chairs. In the evening you can sit and relax. The master bedroom has a view of the cove and a sliding door to the deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 40-inch flat screen TV. It has a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, new appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools, coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. The condo has a washer & dryer for your convenience.
