Newly painted condo with the perfect location! By land we are close to shopping, bars and the trampoline park! By water we are close to several area bars at the 18 mm including Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club and more. Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. Best of Both Worlds

Beautiful location with exceptional views of Lake of the Ozarks from the back deck, living room and dining/kitchen areas. From the front door, walk out to the well-kept central swimming area and nicely done landscaping with dog areas, which was a must since we had our dog with us. The washer and dryer came in handy as did the fully stocked kitchen. Restaurants and activities are so close. We will stay again if we are in the area. One thing to make note of is the parking lot is extremely sloped, which is a challenge getting in and out of your car.

We stayed of the 4th of July and stay was awesome. Condo was perfect for our group of 7. We had 5 kids and two adults. The pool is like 10 steps out the front door! Condo is decorated cute and really has everything you would want or need. It is close to everything. Tons of choices for restaurants near by and activities. I would stay here again! Zero complaints.

A week in Osage Beach.

We stayed here while in town for a softball tournament in Macjs Vteek. This unit is very comfortable and convenient. You don't have to go up flights of stairs to get to it and it has a great view of the lake. I would stay here again!

Beautiful view and clean! 4th summer visiting Osage Beach best rental ever! Parking was easy and always open spaces close to the sidewalk. Easy access to a beautiful pool. Kitchen had everything we needed all updated. Only 10 minutes to the dam, hiking, and less to restaurants and supermarkets. Will stay there again!

Happy in Osage Beach!

Very nice accommodations in the heart of Osage Beach. Property Manager responded very quickly when answering questions. The listing could be updated concerning the very steep street for parking. It’s a bit dangerous for older folks and children.

Great location!!

Everything was very clean. The directions were easy to follow. When we got in, the room was a little chilly but within minutes of turning up the thermostat, it was nice and cozy. The shower had great pressure and the beds were soft but firm. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Weekend Get-Away Spot

My family and I feel lucky to have found this awesome weekend get-away spot! It’s location was perfect (given the things we like to do at the lake), and the view was so beautiful and peaceful. I especially appreciated it being pet-friendly so we could bring our dog Rosie with us. Highly recommend this unit and would book again!
