Tan Tar A Estates offers two outdoor swimming pools. The 9-hole Hidden Lakes Golf Course running throughout. Margaritaville Resort is adjacent to Tan-Tar-A Estates and offers an Indoor Water Park, several Restaurants & Lounges and Specialty Gift Shops.

Reservation Holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay.

Each unit has one designated parking space. Vehicle tags must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, or access to the property may be denied.
