Great option for travellers, be it for leisure or for work. As long as you know what to expect from Japanese hotel rooms, you won't be disappointed. The staff, location, cleanliness, amenities are all good. Really close to station, as well as the Osaka Castle and museum. Makes it super easy for tourists and professionals alike.

The room is small as is typical for Japanese hotels. Staff were very kind and helpful. The bed, despite no box spring was actually comfortable and I am much larger than the normal person. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel it self. They switched it from cooling to heating my last day there and I was burning up in my room. There was nothing I could do to make my room cooler other than open the window and hear the traffic.I was surprised that I did not get bottles of water daily like I usually do. I only got one bottle of water at the start. Breakfast was the same EVERY SINGLE DAY. I opted not to eat at the last day and just went to another place.

I had a great stay at APA Hotel Osaka Temmabashi Ekimae. The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly, and made check-in very smooth, which I appreciated as a first-time visitor to Japan. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but well-designed and comfortable. It worked perfectly as a place to rest between exploring Osaka and nearby areas. Everything felt modern, tidy, and easy to settle into. The location was excellent — only about one block from Temmabashi Station, which made getting around the city fast and simple. The neighborhood was calm and felt very safe, likely because the area feels more business-focused than tourist-heavy. For me, that was a plus. I enjoyed being able to return to a peaceful environment each night while still having quick access to transport and the rest of Osaka. The hotel also accepts major international credit cards, which made payment convenient. Overall, this was a great stay with reliable service, a clean room, and a quiet but convenient location. I’m including a short Japanese note below so the staff can read my thanks directly. I would stay here again on a future trip to Osaka. 日本語（スタッフの皆様へ）: 丁寧で親切なご対応ありがとうございました。チェックインもスムーズで、安心して滞在できました。ホテルは清潔で静かで立地も便利でした。おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。また大阪に来る際はぜひ利用したいです。
