This property was easy to get to from the Shin-Osaka station. Lots of store close by. There's a Metro Station 5 min of walking. The Instruction ar a bit complicated if you try reading them on arrival. If you read them once received, it will be pretty intuitive.

総合的には満足です。チェックイン方法の連絡が届いていませんでしたが、連絡したらすぐ返事を頂けました。駅からも近くスーパーや飲食店もあり、観光地に行くにもアクセスが便利でした。住宅街なので静かですし、洗濯機もあり、施設もまだ新しく快適でした。 残念だった点がひとつ、掃除がいきとどいていなかったことです。洗面所と浴室の、換気扇にたまったホコリ、換気扇を回したらホコリが落ちてきそうで使いませんでした。浴室の縁のオレンジカビ、ドライヤーの吹き出し口のホコリも気になりました。せっかく綺麗な設備なのに、もったいないなと感じました。ベッドリネンやタオルは綺麗で問題ありませんでしたので、上記が改善されればコスパも良くパーフェクトだと思います。 あと、民泊はよく利用していますが、宿泊者全員（子供も）の身分証をチェックイン時に登録するのは初めてでちょっと抵抗がありました。

高C/P、延泊、家族向き

35平米位のスタジオタイプ1ルーム。 最寄駅から少し遠い（4-500m）が、部屋は清潔で快適。 チェックインが面倒。事前にPCでチェックインしておく事が必須です。また部屋は暗証番号で開けるタイプだが、反応が悪くタッチキーパッドがなかなか表示されない（使い方が悪いのか？使い方の説明もない）

初めての民泊 室内の広さとコスパが最高でした！ 駐車場はありませんが少し歩けば近隣にいくつもあり、24時間600円などと安い！駐車場がない事は気になりませんでした。 チェックイン時に身分証の写真撮影が必要な事に少し違和感がありましたが、他は良かったです。 洗濯機や洗剤、キッチンや調理器具もあり長期滞在も出来そうでした。
