Great Hotel with well appointed rooms and friendly, competent staff who spoke good English. The best thing we did was sign up for access to the executive lounge which has hors d’oeuvres and plenty of alcohol alcoholic as well as soft drinks.

Staff offered excellent service. They were able to coordinate Ta-q-bin service and help contact our next hotel to iron out the situation. The room was exceptional as well. Amenities were outstanding. My wife and I had a fantastic time during our stay and recommend other to do so as well.

It was an amazing stay at the candeo hotel tower in Osaka. The rooms were amazingly clean, amenities were top notch, especially the sky spa. Would make this a regular stay in Osaka.

For how much this hotel costs I was really blown away by how luxurious it felt! It was well worth tge price at a great value. There are hotel clothes and slippers available in the room that you can wear around to the lobby, spa, and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and I had a fantastic view! I also had a chance to try the public bath on the roof and it was so relaxing! The surrounding area is also worth exploring. I wish I had more time to spend here and will definitely book again on my future trips.

The whole hotel stands out. The rooms are clean and spacious. The views of the city are breathtaking, especially seeing Osaka Castle from the spa. Staff are helpful and were able to fix a booking mistake I made.
