Yes, especially the Chinese lady in the reception area who went of her way to help us learned how the train system to Tokyo works. Thank you very, very much, because of that we will surely comeback. Love also the location since itโ€™s very close to everything we need.

We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we couldโ€™ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to travel to Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Umeda. The design features a modern and minimalist style. Although the room is not large, it is well laid out, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with amenities. One of the highlights is the public space, which has a refined Japanese aesthetic that helps you relax as soon as you return to the hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, and communication in English is not a problem. Itโ€™s a hotel that perfectly balances functionality and style, making it a great choice for an Osaka free-and-easy trip.

The staff did a great job in accommodating us when there was an electrical issue with the hotel. However, this means that we could not book in until 7 pm without any compensation. The lobby looks lovely, and the check in processs was also nice. This is where it stops being nice. The rooms are not well kept, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls have a lot of dirt and scuff throughout the room and the main shared areas. The doors and walls are not soundproof, and you can easily hear every sound near you or in the hallway. Due to the electrical issue, the staff still had to do the cleaning that day, and this was at 9.30 pm at night. We heard the vacuum going for an hour and then them going into the spare rooms and cleaning them. We had to get new towels for our room due to the hand towels being stained. I would not be coming back to this hotel due to the experience I had here.
