Was conveniently located. It was quite large considering other Japan hotels. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but the free ice cream was a plus! Every day cleaning, and the staff were professional. Would come here again!

They have free breads in the morning along with cereal, milk and waffles. There is also free coffee and pop which is nice. Rooms are a bit dates but clean. There is only one elevator which can be full during busy times.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We mistakenly booked a smoking room. The staff assured the room would be in clean condition for us to use. The room was incredibly clean and we had a pleasant stay. The lounge space with unlimited drinks and ice cream was a nice space to relax after exploring osaka. It was nice to have a relaxing space in the hotel.

We had a great stay. The room and amedities were clean. Loved the rest area where there were self service of coffee and tea and ice cream. Also helped ourselves with the happy hour drinks. The complimentary self service with simple breakfast was a plus. There is a Life supermarket near by where you can buy sushi and go back to the hotel rest area to have it. Staff were helpful in submitting our luggage forward to the next hotel.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very close to the Daikokucho Station and nearby to convenient/drug store. Luggage transfer can easily arrange through the hotel.

Clean rooms, rooms are of good size. Hotel is near namba parks, a good 10 min leisure walk. A good yakiniku place very nearby, a family mart at the ground floor.

Perfect location to stay at a train ride away from dotonbori, shops and train station. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodated us with any questions we had, the hotel also offered daily house keeping and family mart downstairs and very corner.
