This hotel is in a very convenient location, within a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s famous historic shopping district. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel gives an elevated experience, very modern. All the amenities included. I took the Breakfast option but although there was no buffet the delivery room service was fresh and tatsy. Staff 10/10. No issues at all. 7-11 convenience store next door for anything you may need. The bed was little firm for me. But i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The location was great and the room was spacious and decorated tastefully. The freshly brewed tea in the lobby area was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful with luggage transfer. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had more than enough room for 4 adults. The breakfast could improve but I don’t think they had a room to offer a buffet. The amenities were upscale and included masks and heated eye mask etc. loved our stay here.

Comfortable, clean, upscale hotel conveniently located nearby shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and Nagahoribashi and other subway lines. We had a corner room which offered plenty of space for a family of four. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but delivered room service breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again. The Crysta underground two blocks south from the hotel offers numerous eating and shopping opportunities.
